01. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to ERLIUMGER digital courses and course bundles purchased through erliumger.com. The seller is ERLIUMGER CORP at 127 N HIGGINS AVE STE 307D #3048, MISSOULA, MT 59802, USA. Products are digital learning purchases; no physical shipment is involved.

This page should be read with the purchase terms and any specific refund offer shown with the course. It does not remove rights granted by applicable consumer law.

02. Before a completed payment

You can change or remove courses in your bag before sending a request. A saved bag or submitted request is not a paid order. After submitting a request, contact ERLIUMGER if you want to change or cancel it; editing your local bag does not withdraw a request already sent to the manager.

Payment takes place after manager confirmation. If a payment result is uncertain, check the payment confirmation or contact ERLIUMGER before paying again. Never send card numbers, bank credentials or passwords with a status inquiry.

03. Requests after purchase

To request cancellation or a refund, use Contact Us and provide your name, the email used for the purchase, the order reference, the course or bundle, and the reason for the request. Describe whether access has been supplied and the issue encountered.

Eligibility is assessed against the conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Any voluntary refund offer and its eligibility conditions are shown before purchase. Requests outside a disclosed voluntary offer are reviewed under applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the purchase.

04. Access or description problems

Report inability to access a purchased course, an incorrect course delivery, missing content promised in the offer, duplicate charges, or other billing errors. Include enough detail to help identify the issue, such as the device or browser used and an explanation of the problem.

Where appropriate, the issue may be addressed by restoring access, correcting the delivery, resolving the charge, or providing a remedy required by law. Repeated unresolved problems should not be treated as ordinary dissatisfaction without investigation.

05. Digital-content withdrawal rights

Some jurisdictions give a right to withdraw from certain online purchases. Digital-content rules can differ when access begins immediately. If a legally valid consent and acknowledgment are needed to begin delivery during a withdrawal period, they must be obtained in the purchase process.

A generic statement that all digital purchases are non-refundable does not replace mandatory consumer rights. The law applicable to a particular customer and purchase determines any statutory withdrawal or remedy requirements.

06. Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, its amount and the affected purchase should be confirmed. Refunds are ordinarily processed through the original payment method where possible and lawful. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; no exact arrival date is promised unless specifically confirmed.

Access associated with a fully refunded purchase may be withdrawn where lawful. Bundle adjustments require review of the purchased bundle and the applicable offer; do not assume an individual component can be separately refunded at its stand-alone catalog price.

07. Contact and records

Keep transaction confirmations and correspondence relating to a request. Contact ERLIUMGER through Contact Us, by email at contact@erliumger.com, or at +1 406-313-9919. Written requests can be sent to the business address stated above. If identity verification is necessary, only information proportionate to the request should be requested.
