What does ERLIUMGER sell?
ERLIUMGER offers 14 individual online courses and one professional-skills bundle. Subjects range from business English and spreadsheets to project management, communication, and customer service.
How are the courses studied?
The courses are intended for self-paced study through video lessons. You choose when to study. The access method and access period are disclosed before payment.
Are these physical products?
These are digital learning purchases. No physical course package or device is shipped. Software subscriptions or external licenses are included only if the course offer expressly says so.
Where do I pay?
Choose your courses and preferred payment method in your bag, then send a purchase request through the Payment page. A manager will confirm the final total, access conditions and payment instructions. Payment will be made after manager confirmation.
Is course access permanent?
Do not assume lifetime access. Read the access conditions shown before payment. If the access period is important to your decision, ask us to clarify it before buying.
Will I receive a certificate?
A certificate is included only when expressly stated for a particular offer. Course names do not imply accreditation, academic credit, or an external professional certification.
What is included in the bundle?
The complete included course list must be disclosed with the bundle before payment. Check that list and its access conditions; do not assume every catalog item is included merely from the bundle title.
What if I need help with an order?
