When you contact us for another reason, we receive the information in your message. After manager confirmation, a purchase may involve billing information, purchased courses, a purchase reference and payment status.
Please do not include card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a purchase request or support message. Actual payment details are provided only through the secure payment arrangement confirmed by the manager.

If the learning service records lesson progress or account information, that information should be limited to what is necessary to provide course access and learning functionality. A store purchase does not by itself mean we track lesson progress on this website.
